Learn how to create a sense of calm and peace, experience deeper levels of focus and concentration and tap into feelings of patience, acceptance and compassion. Take the time to pause, breathe and live more fully in the present in a safe and nurturing space.
Facilitated by Karen Soares - Accredited Meditation Facilitator, Kinesiologist and Reiki Master with extensive experience in practices including hand reflexology and Indian head massage.
All workshops are held in my Studio at 5 The Strand, Penshurst.
Chairs and traditional cushions supplied or you may bring your own yoga mat to participate lying down.
Please bring water and warm clothing or shawl/blanket during cooler months.
Participants must be 16 years of age or older.
Open to participants of all levels. Bookings essential.
